Property Description

The house, surrounded by a large garden, sleeps four, and has two bedrooms, a large living room with a television set, a dining room, kitchen, sleeping alcove, and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The architecture hints at Scandinavian design, while the interior decoration blends the elegant with the chic and lighthearted. The property is adjacent to two other houses owned by the same family. If they are home, they invite you to come over and enjoy some cold ice-tea on the veranda set in the lovely garden. 

 

Local Attractions 

Just ten minutes away by car is the town of Kifissia, with its fine boutiques and designer stores as well as museums, galleries, and restaurants. Athens itself is also easily accessible by car in half an hour as well as by train, connecting you easily with some of the world's most important archaeological sites and museums:  the Acropolis and Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, the National Archaeological Museum, the Cycladic Museum, the Benaki Museum, and others. If you are up for a beach day, the northeastern shore of Athens, with its large beaches, is just half an hour by car.

The house is available for one week, Monday to Monday, between May 1-31, 2024.

 

How to Get There

The house is located approximately 40 minutes by car or taxi from Athens International Airport or 30 minutes from downtown Athens.

Fine Print

Guests will be welcomed by the owner. The house has WiFi and TV, and maid service is included for four hours per day. The family resides on the same property and lives in two other houses next to the one being rented.

The house is suitable for up to a maximum of four guests in the two bedrooms and is not equipped for infants.  Smoking and pets are permitted.
